The Sovetsky District Prosecutor’s Office conducted an inspection of compliance with legislative requirements on the safety of buildings and structures. It has been established that on the territory of the village. Harvest is an abandoned non-residential building that is in disrepair. The specified object is not fenced by local authorities; the building’s windows and doorways are not closed.
In order to eliminate the identified violations, the district prosecutor filed a lawsuit to fencing the dangerous facility. The court decision satisfied the prosecutor’s demands in full— reported the supervisory agency.
