The day before, a message from an 86-year-old local resident was received by the duty unit of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Soviet District that the unknown person, having entered the territory of her private household, introduced herself to the applicant’s granddaughter and fraudulently took money in the amount of 50,000 rubles belonging to the pensioner.
During the complex of operational-search measures, the employees of the criminal investigation department with the assistance of the traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Feodosia on the highway stopped the VAZ 2172 car, which was 28-year-old, previously convicted of property crimes, a native of the Krasnodar Territory. The woman was detained by the operatives and delivered to the police department to clarify the circumstances. The woman did not deny her guilt and explained that at present she arrived in the Crimea together with her roommate, with whom they are engaged in the sale of honey and bedding. In one of the villages of the Soviet district, she freely entered the private courtyard. An elderly woman came to the meeting and revealed to her and called the attacker to her granddaughter. Taking the opportunity, the suspect took possession of the cash pensioner,-voiced in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Crimea.
The investigation department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Soviet District opened a criminal case on the grounds of the corpus delicti under Part 2 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code (fraud). The sanction of the article provides for the maximum punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to five years.
During the investigative actions, the stolen funds were completely seized and returned to the victim.
The attacker was chosen a preventive measure in the form of a non -departure subscription.
