The ability for Crimean residents and vacationers to travel along high-quality and safe roads is a priority for the region. That is why special attention is paid to the maintenance of bridge structures in Crimea. Priority in the repair of bridges is given to objects that are in emergency and pre-emergency condition. Under the national project “Safe Quality Roads”, in 2022, repair work was carried out on an artificial structure on the Sovetsky-Old Crimea highway with a length of 21.9 linear meters.

In this area, work was carried out on milling and partial replacement of the base, on the installation of leveling, then lower and upper layers of road pavement. Specialists strengthened the roadsides and restored sidewalks, and carried out marking work. The repair of this section of the road made it possible to increase transport accessibility to rural settlements and generally increase the level of comfort and safety for road users. In the Sovetsky district, a section of the Obezd highway in the Sovetsky settlement with a total length of 4.3 km has also been brought into standard condition.
The national project “Healthcare” helps Crimeans purchase mobile medical complexes for medical institutions. New equipment was also supplied to the Sovetskaya regional hospital in 2020. The acquisition of mobile automobile diagnostic systems makes it possible to increase the availability of medical care to the population, improve the quality of dispensary observation, and increase the coverage of preventive and dispensary examinations for residents of the region. In addition, to create favorable conditions for improving the provision of medical care, 4 cars were supplied. And in order to ensure accessibility and create a modern infrastructure for providing medical care to children, 2 units were delivered in 2019. medical equipment.

Material and technical bases for physical education and sports have been updated in 5 schools in the Sovetsky district.
The creation of a modern space for leisure and recreation, the emergence of new equipped walking routes — all this makes the life of people in their native village comfortable and fulfilling. In the Sovetsky district, during the years of implementation of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment”, 7 public areas were improved. The implementation of complex projects to create new recreation areas and public places for citizens creates a comfortable environment for holding public events, holidays, festivals and cultural recreation for local people. The national project “Demography” makes sports accessible to everyone who wants to engage in physical education. The quality and result of the training process and sports training of young athletes largely depends on their provision with the necessary equipment and equipment. Thanks to the national project, a set of sports equipment in the form of small sports uniforms and football fields was supplied to the territory of the Sovetsky district, and 6 sports grounds were installed. Modern sports grounds for passing GTO standards are equipped with all the necessary equipment and are aimed at working out various muscle groups: parallel bars and horizontal bars, gymnastic benches, benches for the press, multi-level bars, strength, exercise bikes, etc.
Favorable conditions have been created in the republic to support and develop the initiatives of budding entrepreneurs in Crimea. At the expense of the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives”, support is provided annually to farmers and agricultural cooperatives that have received state support. 2 individual entrepreneurs of the Sovetsky district also successfully implemented their projects, receiving grants in the form of subsidies for the implementation of a project for the creation and development of a peasant (farm) economy and rural cooperation.
