In the regions, instead of densely settled man, it is necessary to build low -rise residential buildings, said Nina Ostanina, head of the State Duma Committee on Family Protection, Paternity, Motherhood and Childhood. In her opinion, this will give a new impetus to the development of cities and will help increase the birth rate.

It is necessary to move from the construction of humanities, where people buy odnushki up to 8 “squares” in a mortgage, to a comfortable low -rise building with developed infrastructure, Nina Ostanina believes. With this approach, European territories will become more densely populated, more families will have children.

Thanks to the construction of comfortable housing, fewer people will strive for Moscow, St. Petersburg and the Moscow region.
