In the summer season, twice as many tourists are waiting in Sevastopol

In the south of Russia, it is expected to increase the tourist flow for the May holidays and in the high season, follows from the April report of the Bank of Russia “Regional Economics”. A similar trend is noted in Sevastopol, where reservation of tours in spring-summer has grown noticeably compared to last year.

According to the regional authorities, the loading of Sevastopol hotels in the spring is predicted 50% higher than a year ago, and in the summer it will be almost twice as much.

Thanks to longer May holidays, the average reservation level increased, and special proposals of hotels and tour operators stimulate demand for the summer season. The attractiveness of rest in Sevastopol intensified against the background of the development of not only the resort, but also the excursion direction-new significant historical and cultural objects and tourist routes are opened in the hero city. The transport accessibility of the region is improving: high -speed roads appear that significantly reduce the time of travelers on the way— notes the acting Vitaly Sidorenko, managing department for the city of Sevastopol of the Southern GU Bank of Russia.
