In the very center of Simferopol, officials discovered a large-scale illegal extension
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Department of Municipal Control of the Administration of Simferopol looking for the owner of the identified unauthorized construction — an extension to a non-residential premises on the street. Pushkina, No. 3. Note that this is the very center of the city. A shopping place, walk-through. Even historical. Judging by the photo, the large-scale extension is not a “remake.”
Officials are trying to identify the owner, probably to discipline and punish him. Demolition is not excluded, but this is a (as practice shows, long) judicial matter.
If the owner does show up voluntarily, then this information is for him:
For additional information, contact the Department of Municipal Control of the Administration of the City of Simferopol of the Republic of Crimea at the address: Simferopol, Kirova Ave., 52 office. No. 73, tel. (3652) 25-25-68.
Let us add that at the address: Simferopol, st. Pushkina, 3 is listed… a lot of things: and the Crimean Philharmonic (remember scandalous story with a collapsed part of the building and repairs), several cafes, shops, salons and even a cyber club. Whose extension will it be?
