In the west of Crimea, in the village. Chernomorskoe, construction works of sewage treatment facilities are underway. According to the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of the Republic of Crimea, the readiness of the facility is 80%. The event is implemented within the framework of the state program of the Russian Federation «Socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol». The capacity of sewage treatment facilities is 5,000 cubic meters per hour. The cost of the facility is 1,036.0 million rubles. Work has been underway since September 2021.

At the moment, finishing work is being carried out, ventilation is being installed, as well as the installation of internal networks. Completion is scheduled for December 2023— reported in the Republican Ministry of Construction.
