The bailiff service notes: the state guards the interests of young citizens who find themselves in a difficult life situation. In the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea, enforcement proceedings for the restoration and observance of the rights of socially unprotected categories of citizens are under special control.

So, at the end of August employees of the bailiffs department for the Pervomaisky district of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea completed the enforcement proceedings initiated in 2021 on the basis of a writ of execution on the prosecutor’s claim for the provision of housing for orphans and children left without care parents. Positive results were achieved after the bailiff of the department handed over to the representatives of the Administration of the Pervomaisky district of the Republic of Crimea a decision to initiate enforcement proceedings, issued a decision to collect the performance fee and handed the latter a warning of criminal liability under Art. 315 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation , — the details of the story were announced in the press service of the department.

As a result of the measures taken by the bailiff, the district administration executed the court decision, providing the citizen with a — for a person from among orphans and children left without parental care, comfortable housing that meets sanitary standards with a total area of ​​​​44, 8 sq.m. in the village Pervomaiskoye.
