In the village of Peschanoye in the Bakhchisaray district, the embankment is being improved

The design area is limited to the north by Primorskaya Street, to the south by the Alma River and the Laguna recreation center, to the west by the Black Sea, and to the east by Naberezhnaya Street with its existing partial residential development.

When forming the planning solution, the specialists started from the existing situation formed on the territory. The functional zoning is represented by the following zones: walking area, event area, quiet recreation area, game activity area, art area, commercial facilities area, food court area, sanitary area, beach.

At present, the work is approximately 50 percent complete. The contractor has completed the following types of work: dismantled the old pavement, installed curbs and partially laid new paving slabs, constructed individual small architectural forms, installed modern lighting poles.

Thanks to the project, a modern and functional infrastructure is being created, which will turn the village into a popular holiday destination and attract even more tourists.
