In work chats, Crimeans are most annoyed by pictures and GIFs
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Only 1 out of 5 citizens do not get irritated by work chats. Most often they complain about messages that are not relevant. Representatives of the economically active population, who are in business correspondence in instant messengers and chats, took part in an open survey of the SuperJob service for finding a highly paid job.
In work chats, Crimeans are most annoyed by irrelevant messages, including pictures, gifs, online cards with greetings and congratulations — every fifth respondent (22%) said this. The fact that the very fact of the presence of business correspondence in the messenger is unnerving was admitted by 9%. 8% are irritated by messages outside of working hours. 6% have stupid questions that betray the incompetence of colleagues and superiors. The same number said that negative emotions are provoked by the lack of specifics in the messages.— noted in the press service of the service.
Grammatical errors and repetition of information in the chat are outraged by another 4% and 3% of respondents, respectively. 2% each are annoyed by a large number of messages, the presence of several chats in different instant messengers, the lack of emotion and impersonality of communication, as well as voice and too long messages. 11% have other complaints about work chats: emoticons, slang, complaints, roll calls, requests to communicate in a specific messenger, etc. were mentioned.
Only in 19% of respondents, correspondence with colleagues in chats does not cause a negative reaction.
Pictures, lack of specifics and blurry boundaries of the working day annoy men more. The fact that they are unnerved by the very presence of work chats, the lack of emotion of communication in them, as well as mistakes and repetitive questions, is more often recognized by women.
