In Yalta, 4 apartments were bought for families from emergency housing

Four families from “Zvezdochka” (a former summer hotel recognized as unsafe in 2021) will move to comfortable apartments. According to information from the head of the Yalta administration, Yanina Pavlenko, all apartments are located in the “Cherry Orchard” residential complex under construction — 25.6 was allocated from the local budget for their purchase million rubles.
This news was communicated to two applicants during the reception of citizens today. We will sign agreements next week, and in the first half of 2024 families will be able to celebrate their long-awaited housewarming— the press service of the Yalta administration quotes Yanina Pavlenko.
Among other issues, the mechanism for providing land plots to participants in a special military operation and the demolition of illegal garages were considered (the resolutions are ready and submitted to the Housing and Communal Services Department for execution).
