According to the head of the Yalta administration, Yanina Pavlenko, there were specific threats of flooding of private houses — two houses on Ekaterininskaya, two more on Yuzhnoberezhnoe Highway. Applications have been processed. Also at night, a private retaining wall collapsed on Sadovaya, 49 — about 20 cubic meters of soil “slipped” and crushed the car. The services were leaving for the site, but because of the cars parked tightly near the houses, special equipment was unable to approach the site.
