In Yalta, a foreigner was detained — for theft. In Russia lived illegally

A 19-year-old local resident with a statement on the theft of gold products applied to the attendant part of the police of Yalta. The guy said that in the daytime the unfamiliar on the street committed the theft of a chain and a cross. The amount of damage caused amounted to 32,000 rubles.

In the course of operational-search measures, the personality of the attacker was established as soon as possible by the employees of the police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Yalta. It turned out to be previously convicted for a serious crime by a 23-year-old native of Transcaucasia, who did not fulfill the court decision on an independent departure from Russia in view of violation of the stay regime. Employees of the criminal investigation department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Yalta, with the power support of the special forces of the Russian Guard, the suspect was detained,-the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Crimea said.

The Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Yalta opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 2 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code (theft).

Currently, a foreigner is charged with committing the above crime. The attacker is detained.

Police officers check him for involvement in other crimes.
