In Yalta, a native of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug is accused of committing several crimes against two girls. The court consider the criminal case on a number of articles: Part 1 of Art. 139 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal entry into a dwelling committed against the will of the person living in it), part 1 of Art. 131 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (rape), paragraph «b» part 2 of Art. 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (other acts of a sexual nature), part 2 of Art. 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (robbery).
According to the investigation, at the end of March of this year, a man illegally entered a house located in the city of Yalta, where the girls he knew were born in 1983 and 1998 lived, and, threatening with a knife, committed sexual crimes against the latter. After that, the accused stole things belonging to the girls and a bank card, causing damage in the amount of more than 50 thousand rubles.the prosecutor’s office said.
With regard to the accused, a measure of restraint in the form of detention was chosen. With the approved indictment, the criminal case was sent to the Yalta City Court for consideration on the merits. A long term of imprisonment «macho» is guaranteed.
