In Yalta, a point of assistance is opened to people who find themselves in a difficult life situation
Krympress reports:
The modern modular building was installed in the square on 27 Lomonosov Street. The opening ceremony was attended by the head of the municipality of the city district of Yalta — the chairman of the Yalta City Council Konstantin Shimanovsky, the head of the city administration Yanin Pavlenko, the dean of the Churches of the Yalta District, Archpriest Adam Dmitrenko.
This project was implemented by the Center for Assistance “Crossing” as part of the initiative budgeting program “Active Citizen”. The project received two million rubles from the municipal budget (under the conditions of 95%, the city finances, and 5% — the applicants themselves). At the point of help, you can take a shower, get hot food, consult a psychologist and lawyer.
The item is located in a very convenient place — earlier only daily distribution of hot food to the needy was carried out here, and now you can get the entire range of services that are needed by those who are in trouble, including visitors. Thanks to the guys from the “crossing” (by the way, many of them themselves got another chance of a happy life here) only this year 15 people were able to leave home. In parallel, we are preparing for the opening of the “crossing” center and in the city of Alupka — it is created thanks to the support of the head of the Republic of Crimea and the investor — RNKB Bank. Let me remind you that a large room will be designed for a full residence of 100 men and 25 women who need help in resocialization,-quoted the press service of the administration of Yalta to Yanin Pavlenko.
The head of the “Crossing” Yuri Shurinov notes that now they again submitted documents for participation in the “Active Citizen” — in the same building they want to make a second floor and open “Good. Center”.
This is the Center for Social Development and the Support of Volunteer, Charitable and Civil Initiatives. The computer room is equipped here, and teachers will tell about grants, subsidies, volunteering and much more— explains Yuri Shurinov.
