In Yalta, a retaining wall collapsed and a heating main was damaged.

Due to heavy rainfall on the South Coast this night in Yalta, on the street. Lomonosov, a retaining wall collapsed. According to the head of the city administration, Yanina Pavlenko, the heating main was damaged — two houses (34 subscribers) were left without heat.
Utility workers and law enforcement officers are working on the spot. In particular, the prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Crimea organized an investigation into the partial destruction of a retaining wall on Lomonosov Street in Yalta.
During the inspection, an assessment will be made of the implementation of legislation in the maintenance of road infrastructure, as well as in the area of improvement of the territory of the municipality. If there are grounds, response measures will be taken— reported the supervisory agency.
