In Yalta, a vehicle with a debt totaling up to 300 thousand rubles was identified

During a joint raid with the FSSP, employees of the Yalta State Traffic Inspectorate stopped an AUDI car.
During the inspection of documents, inspectors established that the owner of the car had unpaid debts on taxes and fees in an amount exceeding 300 thousand rubles. Employees of the Federal Bailiff Service drew up an inventory of the seizure of the vehicle. The car was handed over to the relative of the owner, who was driving when the vehicle was stopped, for safekeeping. If the debtor does not repay the debt within the period established by law, his property will be transferred for salenoted the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
The State Traffic Inspectorate reminds that evasion from paying a fine entails an administrative offense under Part 1 of Art. 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, where the judicial authorities decide to impose punishment in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of twice the amount of the unpaid administrative fine, or administrative arrest for up to 15 days, or compulsory work for up to 50 hours.
