In Yalta — acceptance of documents for payment of compensation for the purchase of school and sports uniforms

To assign compensation, the applicant, from August 1 to November 1 of the current year, submits an application in the form in accordance with Appendix 1 to this Procedure to the labor and social protection body at the recipient’s place of residence or place of stay (hereinafter referred to as the labor and social protection body), directly or through multifunctional center for the provision of state and municipal services. The application can be sent in the form of an electronic document using the state information system “Portal of State and Municipal Services of the Republic of Crimea”.

The following documents are attached to the application:

— a copy of the passport or document identifying the applicant and confirming his place of residence or place of stay in the territory of the Republic of Crimea;

— a copy of the certificate of a large family of the established form, issued by the executive body of state power of the Republic of Crimea in the field of education;

— information on the income of all family members for the last three calendar months preceding the month of filing the application for compensation;

— details of the applicant’s personal account opened with a credit institution (in case of transfer of compensation to the applicant’s personal account);

— documents confirming the purchase of a school uniform: sales receipts (indicating the name of the product, its cost and the seller’s seal) and (or) cash receipts; approved strict reporting forms, equivalent to cash receipts;

— certificate from the place of study for persons aged 18 to 23 years, full-time students in basic general education programs, vocational educational programs and (or) vocational training programs for blue-collar professions, employee positions at the expense of budgetary allocations of the federal budget, budgets of constituent entities Russian Federation or local budgets (for inclusion in the family when determining the average per capita total family income).

If a child is placed under guardianship (trusteeship), a copy of the order (resolution) establishing guardianship (trusteeship) is additionally provided.

Documents are attached to the application in copies with the originals presented for review.

Compensation is provided once per calendar year and no more than once per academic year. Compensation is established in the amount of costs incurred for the purchase of a school uniform (for each child no more than two units of each item of clothing), but not more than 30 percent of the cost of living for children established by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea for the previous financial year.

Large families have the right to social support in the form of financial assistance for the purchase of sports uniforms and sports shoes (hereinafter referred to as financial assistance), for each born (adopted) child studying in an organization that carries out educational activities in basic general education programs in full-time education located on the territory of the municipality of the Yalta urban district of the Republic of Crimea.

Financial assistance is provided to one of the parents (adoptive parents) of a born or adopted child.

Financial assistance is established in the amount of costs incurred for the purchase of sports uniforms and sports shoes (for each child no more than two units of each item of clothing), but not more than 50 percent of the cost of living for children established by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea for the previous financial year.

To provide social support in the form of financial assistance for the purchase of sports uniforms and sports shoes, the following concepts are used:

• sports uniform for girls (girls), boys (young men) — tracksuit, sports trousers (leggings, tights, tights, trousers, shorts), sports jacket (windbreaker, sweatshirt, sweatshirt, sweatshirt, hoodie), sports jacket (turtleneck, T-shirt , polo T-shirt, rashguard, T-shirt, top);
• sports shoes for girls (girls), boys (young men) — these are sneakers, sneakers (slip-ons), boots, shoes.

To assign financial assistance, the applicant must submit an application in the form from August 1 to November 25 of the current year inclusive.

The following documents are attached to the application:

— a copy of the applicant’s identity document (passport or other identification document of a citizen);

— copies of identification documents and confirming the authority of the representative;

— copies of birth certificates of children under 14 years of age;

— copies of identity documents of children over 14 years of age;

— a copy of the certificate of a large family of the established form, issued by the executive body of state power of the Republic of Crimea in the field of education (in the absence of relevant information at the disposal of the Department);

— documents confirming the purchase of sports uniforms and sports shoes: sales receipts (indicating the name of the product, its cost and the seller’s seal) and (or) cash receipts (including those received using electronic media); approved form and strict reporting, equivalent to cash receipts.

Documents are provided upon presentation of the original for review.
