In Yalta, bailiffs collected 30 million rubles from a boarding house for unfulfilled obligations
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The management of one of the boarding houses in Yalta did not pay for services provided by third-party companies and products supplied.
The claimants went to court and, after considering the claims, the boarding house was ordered to compensate the parties for damages totaling 30 million rubles. The management of the company was in no hurry to pay off its debt obligations and, as a result, the bailiff of the bailiff department in Yalta, GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, initiated enforcement proceedings against the specified legal entity, which were subsequently combined into consolidated enforcement proceedings. But even then the defendant remained indifferent to the fulfillment of his debt obligations.
For untimely execution of a court decision, the department’s bailiff issued an order against the debtor to collect an enforcement fee in the amount of 2 million rubles. However, the situation remained unchanged. In order to encourage the management of the boarding house to pay off the accumulated debts, the bailiff of the bailiff department in Yalta of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol arrested the bank accounts of the debtor, imposed a ban on registration actions with 30 real estate properties and 2 units of vehicles, and also subsequently arrested one of the buildings of the boarding house. Faced with restrictions and wanting to circumvent them as quickly as possible, the management of the boarding house paid off the existing debt, including the execution fee, in full by transferring funds to the department’s deposit account. Enforcement proceedings ended with actual execution— reported the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
