By a resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation “Providing affordable and comfortable housing and utilities of citizens of the Russian Federation”, the rules for the provision of social payments for the purchase (construction) of housing and their use were approved. For young families who have one or more children, the amount of payment is 35% of the current value. More than 9 million were allocated from the federal budget for these purposes.
