In Yalta, first of all, the beach «Emerald» was opened — after the reconstruction

The authors of the project increased the width of the beach and created modern infrastructure, taking into account the architectural decisions of the Soviet period, designed by Anatoly Polyansky, the author of the Artek camp of buildings and a complex of victory monument on Poklonnaya Hill in Moscow.
Repair works of hydraulic structures were carried out — piers, embankment, and concrete foundations were thoroughly restored. The bathing area is designed for 2 thousand people, guests can also use terraces for relaxation and cafe. The second stage of the reconstruction is ahead, this year the fourth map of the beach will be opened, within the framework of which another section of this territory will be updated — the children’s zone. It is planned to open sports grounds, a trading gallery and a panoramic restaurant with 200 seats. To date, the length of the beach is 300 m.
A socially responsible business focused on long -term planning and sustainable development plays a key role for the development of the region. Thanks to the public-private partnership in the Republic of Crimea, resort and tourism infrastructure are noticeably updated in the resort season of 2025 in Crimea. Projects suggest the creation of new recreation areas, renovation of hotel and restaurant complexes. Against the background of a growing tourist flow in Crimea, investments in the resort industry are extremely important, they not only bring dividends to campaigns themselves, but also make the lives of the townspeople, Crimeans as a whole is more comfortable— said the Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Ganziy.
As the head of the Yalta Pavlenko administration noted, the Emerald Beach is the key part of the grandiose project “Big South -Bank Embankment” (8 km from Livadia to the Yalta Port), which will become a new era of comfort and unity of the city with the sea.
