In Yalta, law enforcement officers checked trading facilities that implement alcohol

Police officers checked the territories of trading facilities where alcohol and alcohol -containing products are sold in Bolshaya Yalta.
As a result of the events in 10 trading facilities, police revealed violations. Among them are the sale of alcoholic beverages without accompanying documents confirming the legality of its production and turnover, the absence of goods and transport invoices, illegal retail sale of alcoholic and alcohol-containing food products and entrepreneurial activity without state registration or without special permission (license). According to the results of the raid, more than 158 liters of alcohol and alcohol -containing products were seized from illegal turnover, of which: 57.7 liters of strong alcohol (10.5 liters of vodka, 1.2 liters of cognac, 5 liters of champagne, 37l tinctures), more than 100 liters of beer. In relation to all violators, protocols on violation of administrative legislation were drawn up, the sanctions of which provide for punishment in the form of a payment of an administrative fine with confiscation of goods,-the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Republic of Crimea said.
Additionally, police officers held preventive measures with citizens, about 500 memos “How not to become a victim of fraud” were awarded.
