According to the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea dated 22 December 2021 No. 781 «On Amendments to the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea of 28 January 2020 Year No. » certificates of parents of a large family, issued by the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of the Republic of Crimea before 31 December 2019 of the year, valid until July 1 2022 of the year.
