In Yalta, State Traffic Inspectorate officers issued a dozen reports to a negligent motorist
CrimeaPRESS reports:
On the social network, users were outraged by the behavior of the driver of a BMW car, who grossly violated traffic rules, repeatedly drove into oncoming traffic, repeatedly exceeding the established speed, creating a threat to the life and health of other road users. Employees of the Yalta State Traffic Inspectorate identified the offender and conducted an inspection. It turned out that the car was driven by a resident of Simferopol, born in 1993.
10 administrative materials were drawn up against the driver, totaling more than 30,000 rubles, of which 6 were under Part 4 of Art. 12.15 (entering the oncoming lane through a solid line of road markings), 3 materials under Part 1 of Art. 12.15 (violation of the rules for positioning a vehicle on the roadway, oncoming traffic) and 1 under Art. 12.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules for using seat belts).
In case of repeated violation, more severe sanctions will be applied to the driver, provided for in Part 5 of Art. 12.15 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation — deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of one year— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
The State Traffic Inspectorate of Crimea calls on all road users to strictly adhere to traffic rules.
