The contract for the overhaul (improvement) of the City Garden Square is concluded, the project was examined and approved at an expanded meeting of the Yalta public council.

Yanina Pavlenko recalled that the square “City Garden was among the winners of the All -Russian competition of the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment, its project was completed by M4.
The square is transformed by new modern forms, squares, landscaping, modern lighting, design elements. We divide the project into two parts — the first stage we work with a territory of just over 1.7 hectares. The second is to improve the adjacent street-road network-Chekhov, Marine, Catherine. This is due to the preparation for the implementation of two serious investment projects (it will be here construction equipment)-the restoration of the Melller—Kamoles and historical building on Chekhov, 12— explained the head of the Yalta administration.
