In Yalta, the organization of traffic will change
Krympress reports:
The main question is the maximum unloading of the city center in the holiday season.
To do this, from the beginning of June, we will conduct an experiment at the Spartak stop (towards the center) — we plan to temporarily remove the parking, transfer the stop closer to the bridge, marking the divisors of the public transport strip. And on the very bridge from the Red Army on Marshak we remove ineffective traffic lights. We also liquidate the pedestrian crossing to the Magarach Institute, which is closer to the Kirov stop, — The press service quotes the head of the administration of Yalta Janin Pavlenko.
A lot of work is ahead of the organization of traffic on the 5th quarter, where a temporary market is planned for the opening. Since the load on the road network will increase many times, now there are places for municipal parking, including the space at the Yabloko store and higher to the bus station. Also, until June 1, a traffic light will be installed at the pedestrian crossing of the “5 quarter” stop, and later from the street. Moscow, not reaching the bus station — this will avoid congestion.
All options for arranging a road network will be discussed in more detail on an extended commission on the organization of roads.
