In Yalta, the prosecutor's office sent to court a criminal case of theft from citizens of more than 4 million rubles

In Yalta, the prosecutor’s office approved an indictment in a criminal case against a local resident. He is accused under CC. 2, 3, 4 tbsp. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud). According to investigators, from 2021 to 2022, the accused received money from victims for construction and finishing work in apartments, without intending to fulfill his obligations.

The actions of the man caused damage to 6 victims totaling more than 4 million rubles. Illegal actions of the accused were identified and suppressed by internal affairs officersnoted the prosecutor’s office.

The criminal case was sent to the Yalta City Court for consideration on the merits.
