Krympress reports:
The Department of Education and Youth Policy reports on the beginning of accepting applications in certain 1st and 5th grades for children with disabilities (VIS) for adapted basic general educational programs (for students with ZPR and RAS (options 7.2, 8.2):
- At school No. 10, the 1st separate class for students with disabilities (Kalinnikova St., 14, tel.: +7 (3654) 343094) will open.
- At school No. 11, a 5th separate class will work for students with disabilities (UBSh St., 2-A, tel.: +7 (3654) 205268).
For admission to these classes, parents or legal representatives must personally submit the following documents to the school:
- application for training;
- collegial conclusion of a psychological-medical and pedagogical commission, recommending training on adapted basic general educational programs of primary or basic general education for students with ZPR and RAS (options 7.2, 8.2);
- the original and a copy of the identity document of the parent (legal representative) of the child (a document confirming the establishment of guardianship or trusteeship);
- original and a copy of the birth certificate;
- consent to the processing of personal data;
- A copy of the document confirming the establishment of guardianship or trusteeship (if necessary).
