In Yalta they are deciding how to roughly punish a bus driver who grossly violated traffic rules

In Yalta, police officers brought to justice a driver who grossly violated traffic rules. Users of social networks complained about the driver who grossly violated the Traffic Rules, creating a danger for road users. In a video published by eyewitnesses, in the city of Yalta, the bus driver crossed a double solid marking line, overtaking and entering the lane intended for oncoming traffic.
During the inspection, employees of the Yalta State Traffic Inspectorate established the identity of the offender. He turned out to be a 63-year-old local resident, against whom administrative material was drawn up under Part 4 of Art. 12.15 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Driving in violation of traffic rules into a lane intended for oncoming traffic— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
The maximum penalty for this violation provides for an administrative fine in the amount of 5 thousand rubles or deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for up to six months.
