In Yalta, they are looking for victims of fraudulent acts in resolving property and financial issues

Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Yalta establish citizens who suffered from fraudulent actions of a 34-year-old resident of Alupka, who offered assistance in difficult situations in solving various legal, property and financial issues.

The investigation established that the attacker found gullible citizens, promised them a speedy resolution of difficulties in matters of legal nature for a certain amount of funds. One of the victims, trusting the persuasion of the fraudster, transferred about 85 thousand rubles to his bank account. The man, in turn, promised to resolve the issue of receiving a driver’s license, however, taking the prepayment, disappeared. He ordered stolen money at his discretion. During operational-search measures, criminal investigators detained the suspect. It turned out to be a 34-year-old resident of Alupka,-the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Crimea said.

Investigative Department of OP No. 1 «Alupsky» of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Yalta opened a criminal case on the grounds of the corpus delicti under Part 2 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code «Fraud».
