In Yalta they continue to deal with the consequences of bad weather — they are recording damage
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Specialists in Yalta record damage to infrastructure facilities, and a special commission processes citizens’ statements about damage or loss of their property.
We continue to record damage and count the damage caused to the infrastructure from the emergency on November 25-27. Preliminarily, 30 percent of bank protection structures—more than 3 kilometers—were seriously damaged. Plus 29 retaining walls, 16 stairs, 13 roads were damaged— the press service quotes the head of the Yalta administration, Yanina Pavlenko.
Experts emphasize that these data may change as ground movements continue due to heavy rainfall — monitoring is carried out on an ongoing basis. At the same time, work is underway to process citizens’ appeals—a special commission has been created for this purpose.
First of all, according to Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 367 as amended on July 5 of this year, in case of disruption of life, citizens are entitled to a one-time payment of 10 thousand rubles. In Yalta, such a payment is due to residents of several houses where there was no continuous electricity for more than a day. Those whose lights “flashed” and turned on and off will not receive compensation.notes the head of the Yalta administration.
Also, according to Yanina Pavlenko, payments are due to citizens whose property was completely or partially lost.
We are talking about the loss or damage of essential property — refrigerators, microwaves, chairs, beds, etc. For partial loss, the amount is 50 thousand, for complete loss – 100 thousand,” explains the head of the Yalta administration.
Payments will be made only if the property was actually damaged, which should be recorded by a commission created under the Yalta administration.
According to Yanina Pavlenko, three members of this commission respond to each application — on Monday alone, over a hundred addresses were processed, and for none of them the facts of damage or loss of property were confirmed.
Businesses and cars are also not eligible for compensation, as they should have been insured.says Yanina Pavlenko.
