In Yalta, employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate brought to justice a driver who grossly violated traffic rules.
On the social network, users complained about the driver of a Nissan car who grossly violated traffic rules. It was established that on January 11, 2024 at 22:18 in Yalta on the street. A Moscow driver, a 41-year-old local resident, driving a Nissan car, drove through a prohibited (red) traffic light signal, thereby grossly violating the requirements of paragraphs. 6.2, 6.13 Traffic rules of the Russian Federation. During the document check, it turned out that the car was deregistered. The offender’s vehicle registration certificate and registration plates were confiscated— said the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
Administrative material has been drawn up against the driver under Part 1 of Art. 12.12 and part 1 of article 12.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The violator will have to pay fines.
