The applicant said that the structure for a certain period of time was used as a warehouse for storing goods. After placing the next batch of goods, the victim left, forgetting to check whether the door was locked, and returning after a while he discovered the loss of property. The law enforcement officers immediately stopped the search for the attacker. It was established that two men acted at different times and not familiar with each other are involved in the loss of goods. As a result of operational-search measures, criminal investigators in hot pursuit established and detained 37-year-old citizen of the Republic of Belarus without a specific place of residence, as well as a 61-year-old resident of Yalta,-the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Crimea said.

The police found out that one of the defendants, for several days, unhinderedly penetrated into an unlocked room and carried out household appliances and a sliser from the store. The abducted sold in a pawnshop, and disposed of the received money at his discretion. The second detainee-a 61-year-old local resident, also discovered an unlocked room and acted similarly. From the warehouse, he stole food, drinks and ice cream for further sale. I spent the proceeds on personal needs. Recalcities have been received from the attackers.

Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Yalta opened criminal cases under Part 2 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code (theft). The sanction of the article provides for the maximum punishment in the form of imprisonment
for a term of up to 5 years.
