According to the head of the Yalta administration, Yanina Pavlenko, the work was carried out within the framework of the federal project “Formation of a comfortable urban environment” of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment”.

As noted by the Deputy Head of the Yalta City Administration — Head of the Department of Construction and Improvement Irina Belomestnova, work began with the global leveling of the land plot, as well as the arrangement of convenient approaches on three sides to the memorial installed earlier.
