In Yevpatoria, a local resident will stand trial for causing death by negligence

The Evpatoria prosecutor’s office approved an indictment in a criminal case against a 28-year-old local resident. He is charged under Part 1 of Art. 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing death by negligence).
According to investigators, in early August of this year, the accused, while intoxicated, during a conflict with the victim, kicked him in the chest area, as a result of which the latter fell from his own height, hitting his head on the surface of the road surface. As a result, the victim suffered a closed craniocerebral injury with hemorrhages in parts of the brain. The man died a short time later from his injuries.,” the prosecutor’s office provided details.
With the approved indictment, the criminal case was sent to the Yevpatoriya City Court for consideration on the merits.
