Inappropriate “passions” in Inkerman: knife, girl, drugs
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In Inkerman, local police officers detained a local resident who caused intentional harm to the health of her friend. As reported by the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol, being in a state of drug intoxication, the girl decided to intervene in the conflict between two men and stabbed one of them twice with a knife.
It was previously established that a 27-year-old city resident, who had previously been prosecuted for causing bodily harm, saw a conflict between two of her friends from her apartment window and decided to intervene in it. It seemed to her that one of them communicated too rudely with his opponent and this fact caused her indignation. Since the men did not respond to the comments, she decided to act radically. Taking a kitchen knife from the apartment, the girl went to the yard where the conflict was taking place, approached her 35-year-old friend and stabbed him in the chest. The man tried to defend himself from the attacker, but received another blow to the shin, after which the suspect fled in an unknown directionthe police said.
District police officers from the Inkerman police department immediately arrived at the scene of the incident, who, during the activities carried out, established the whereabouts of the offender, detained her and took her to the territorial authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for further proceedings. Since the behavior of the detainee was inappropriate, the police decided to send her to undergo a medical examination for drug intoxication, which she refused.
A criminal case was opened against the suspect by the investigators of the Inkerman police department on the grounds of a crime under paragraph “c” of Part 2 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Intentional infliction of minor harm to health”). The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for up to two years.
