The day before, at : 33 to the control panel of the operational duty officer of the Center for Providing Civil Protection Measures of Sevastopol ( GKU TsGZ of the city of Sevastopol) received a message about the need to provide assistance to a man who, through negligence, fell from a height onto the breakwaters on the South Pier of the Sevastopol Bay.
Rescuers of the search and rescue team of the Main Public Institution of the Central City Hospital of the City of Sevastopol quickly arrived at the scene of the incident. They removed the victim from a hard-to-reach place, provided first aid, transported him to a safe place and handed him over to the ambulance staff , — they said in the emergency department.
The works were completed in : 20. The rescue operation involved 6 personnel, 1 piece of equipment and one water craft.
