Increasing the efficiency of interaction between the tax service and the bailiff service was discussed in Sevastopol

The Office of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the city of Sevastopol hosted an extended meeting of the board dedicated to the results of joint work with the Office of the Federal Bailiffs Service for Sevastopol for 2021 year and 1st quarter 2022 of the year.

The meeting of the board was attended by the head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the city of Sevastopol A.N. Mogila, head of the UFSSP of Russia for Sevastopol — chief bailiff of Sevastopol A.V. Moseenkov, deputy heads of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the city of Sevastopol, heads of departments of bailiffs for the districts of Sevastopol, heads of structural divisions of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the city of Sevastopol. At the meeting, key aspects of cooperation between departments were considered: the collection of debts of individuals for property taxes, the deadlines for the execution of judicial acts and decisions of the Office on the collection of debts at the expense of debtors’ property, as well as the results of joint raid work , — note in the press department service.

In his speech, the head of the Department A.N. Mohyla noted that in 533 the bailiffs’ service, on the orders of the Office, filed for collection by organizations and individual entrepreneurs 2021 enforcement proceedings in the amount of more than 326 million rubles

For individuals — 847 judicial acts were sent to the bailiffs for a total amount of more than 33 million rubles, for which enforcement proceedings have been initiated on 19,3 million rubles.

Already for 5 months 2022 of the year, the amount of judicial acts sent to the FSSP bodies amounted to more than million rubles.

Analyzing the results of joint work in the 533 year, the parties noted that the proceeds to pay off the debts of organizations and individual entrepreneurs amounted to 33, 2 million rubles, which is 19% more than 2020 year. At the same time, for the past period 2022 of the year, receipts were formed in the amount of 19,5 million rubles.

As a result of executive actions on individuals, the budget received about 17 million rubles.

During the meeting, the participants discussed an important area of ​​joint work — the organization of raid events. According to the results 533 of the year within the framework of the 46 raid events checked 23 taxpayers. An effective method of work is also trips together with the employees of the FSSP and the traffic police using the software package «Road bailiff» and «Mobile bailiff». Last year, 5 such raids were planned and carried out.

As a result of the raid work, the budget received almost 13 million rubles.

Summing up the results of the meeting, the parties identified ways to solve priority tasks to improve the efficiency of the execution of the decisions of the Office, exchange information on the progress and effectiveness of enforcement actions on 2022 year.
