Officially: such rumors and publications are a provocation and fake. In particular, Advisor to the Head of Crimea Oleg Kryuchkov denied in his Telegram channel information about explosions in Yevpatoria and a fire at the Saki Thermal Power Plant:
We detect that the enemy is throwing fakes at Saki and Evpatoria. Trust only official sources. In the west of Crimea, as in other areas of the peninsula, everything is calm.
