The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea reminds citizens of the opportunity to leave feedback on the quality of public services provided through information and reference work on official website of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs And «Your Control» website.
The Information Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea provides five public services:
- on the issuance of certificates of the presence (absence) of a criminal record and (or) the fact of criminal prosecution or the termination of criminal prosecution;
- on the issuance of certificates indicating whether or not a person is subject to administrative punishment for the consumption of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances without a doctor’s prescription or new potentially dangerous psychoactive substances;
- for affixing an apostille on official documents subject to export outside the Russian Federation;
- for issuing certificates of rehabilitation;
- for issuing archival certificates.
The Information Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea provides electronically the provision of two public services:
- on the issuance of certificates of the presence (absence) of a criminal record and (or) the fact of criminal prosecution or the termination of criminal prosecution;
- on issuing certificates indicating whether a person is or is not subject to administrative punishment for the consumption of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances without a doctor’s prescription or new potentially dangerous psychoactive substances.
To receive a public service electronically, you must submit an application electronically by filling out a special form in the state information system “Unified portal of state and municipal services (functions)” www.gosuslugi.ru
