Information Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea — provision of public services

• on the issuance of certificates of the presence (absence) of a criminal record and (or) the fact of criminal prosecution or the termination of criminal prosecution;
• on the issuance of certificates indicating whether or not a person is subject to administrative punishment for the consumption of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances without a doctor’s prescription or new potentially dangerous psychoactive substances;
• for affixing an apostille on official documents subject to export outside the Russian Federation;
• for issuing certificates of rehabilitation;
• for issuing archival certificates.

The Information Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea provides electronically the provision of two public services:

• on the issuance of certificates of the presence (absence) of a criminal record and (or) the fact of criminal prosecution or the termination of criminal prosecution;
• on issuing certificates indicating whether a person is or is not subject to administrative punishment for the consumption of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances without a doctor’s prescription or new potentially dangerous psychoactive substances.

To receive a public service electronically, you must submit an application electronically by filling out a special form in the state information system “Unified portal of state and municipal services (functions)” www.gosuslugi.ru
