The 26-year-old citizen of the Republic of Belarus came to the hero city to earn money, but for now he did not succeed in employment, settled with a local resident, whom he had met shortly.
One day, the owner of the dwelling brought the guests home. Waking up from loud fun, the foreigner made the company’s remark that the 49-year-old guest did not like. He began to beat a man, repeatedly exposing a knife to his neck and expressing threats to murder. After a time, when the conflict subsided, the victim independently left the address and called the doctors who provided him the necessary assistance, and also reported the incident to the police,-voiced the details of the case in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Sevastopol.
Employees of the criminal investigation department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Leninsky district detained the suspect previously repeatedly convicted of property crimes. In relation to the defendant, criminal cases have been instituted under Part 1 of Art. 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “The threat of murder or causing serious harm to health” and part 1 of Art. 112 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Intentional infliction of medium severity of harm to health”, he faces up to three years in prison.
