During a working trip to the city of Dzhankoy, the Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov inspected social and educational institutions, infrastructure and construction facilities, and talked with residents. The head of the Republic of Crimea, in particular, assessed the quality of cleaning the city streets. In his opinion, the work is being carried out at an insufficient level, and special attention needs to be paid to curb cleaning. Also, the municipal administration needs to intensify efforts to clean the streets from fallen leaves in the autumn and clear the bed of the Stepnoy River of reeds within the city limits.
Sergey Aksyonov reported that electrical equipment needs to be replaced on 19 streets of Dzhankoy. In particular, we are talking about power lines and lamps for street lamps. The head of Crimea added that all work on organizing lighting in the city should be completed in the first quarter of 2024. The Head of the Republic got acquainted with the progress of repairs on Kutuzov and Titov streets. To date, one layer of asphalt has been laid on Kutuzov Street, and two layers on Titov Street.
As was promised to the Dzhankoy residents, the work will be completed by the end of this year,” Aksyonov noted.
He also instructed the city administration, together with the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea «Krymavtodor», to carry out pothole repairs on Belyaev Street. In turn, the head of the Dzhankoy city administration, Igor Ivin, said that the grading of roads in the city has been fully completed. In addition, all work on the bridge connecting the city with the industrial zone is planned to be completed by November 15.
Local residents asked to replace the playground surface with a modern rubber one in the courtyard of house No. 17 on Sovetskaya Street. After communicating with residents, the Head of the Republic also promised to install a sports ground and benches here.
Sergey Aksyonov visited the Dzhankoy branch of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea “Water of Crimea”. As noted, the branch’s biggest problem is the lack of personnel, and water losses in the networks are 47% compared to 49% last year. According to the company’s specialists, there is a plan for eliminating losses; special equipment for wells is gradually being put into operation, which helps to record problems online and eliminate them as soon as possible. As the Head of Crimea emphasized, it is necessary to prioritize areas with the greatest water losses and take the necessary measures. In addition, the possibility of expanding the sewerage network to the western part of the city will be studied, and specialists will prepare technical proposals. Today Dzhankoy’s sewerage is 80%.
The Head of the Republic inspected the city park of Dzhankoy. The landscaping of the area is scheduled to be completed next year.
According to preliminary calculations, about 50 million rubles will be required, but we will still study all options, and perhaps we will be able to reduce this price. The most important thing is to make sidewalks, a high-quality lawn, install benches and lighting, the minimum set. Let’s do it by analogy with the Lenin park in Simferopol,” explained the Head of Crimea.
Sergei Aksyonov also visited the Cathedral of the Intercession of the Most Holy Theotokos, where he venerated the icon of the Mother of God and talked with the rector of the temple.
The head of the Republic of Crimea visited the Northern Electric Networks of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea Krymenergo. According to experts, work on technological connections to power grids is being carried out in accordance with the schedule. It is expected that the plan will be completed by the end of this year. The manager added that the branch is provided with everything necessary for work. Sergei Aksyonov noted: there are practically no complaints from citizens regarding the activities of the enterprise.
At 45 Ostrovsky Street, the Head of Crimea inspected the progress of execution of the order to put the storm sewer system in order. Earlier, Sergei Aksenov received an appeal from a local resident who complained about the high flooding of a section of the street during rains. Also, a hole that was impeding the passage of cars will be repaired here.
During his conversation with Igor Ivin, the Head of the Republic emphasized the need to align the tariff policy of management organizations for apartment buildings.

Summing up the results of the trip, Sergei Aksyonov noted that the situation in the city of Dzhankoy as a whole has changed significantly for the better, people notice this, and this is the merit of the head of the administration Igor Ivin and his team.
