Investigators have established a number of extraPisodes of unlawful activities of officials of the Black Sea section of Krymgazeta

The main investigative department of the IC of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol is investigated a criminal case against the head of the Black Sea section of the Evpatoria Office for the operation of the gas economy of the State Unitary Enterprise of the RK «Krymgazeta» and his subordinate on the fact of receiving a bribe (paragraph «a» of part 5 of article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
During the joint activities of investigators of the IC of Russia, the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Crimea, the Federal Security Service of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, as well as a prosecutor’s inspection, additional episodes of criminal activities of the officials of the Black Sea section of the Krymgazeta enterprise were revealed.
Investigators of the Razdolnensky interdistrict investigative department established the following facts of the criminal scheme. So, from April to December 2024, the master of the site was looking for residents of the Black Sea district, who offered to speed up the free process of gasification of their houses for a bribe. The construction and installation group under the leadership of the master out of turn carried out all the work, after which the villagers transferred the previously agreed amounts of money in the building of the enterprise.
Currently, the total amount of money set as bribes is more than 750 thousand rubles. Earlier, at the request of the investigator, the head of the site was chosen by the preventive measure in the form of detention.
The investigation of the criminal case continues, other possible facts of criminal activities of officials, as well as persons who transferred funds as bribes, are established.
