Investor to plant almost 1,500 hectares of vineyards in Bakhchisarai region

The next investment project will be implemented in the Crimea. Its goal is to create an enterprise for growing grapes for the production of Crimean champagne (sparkling) and table wines in the Bakhchisarai region.
The quality characteristics of the grapes grown here will meet the requirements of the leading wine producers. The soil on the site chosen for the implementation of the project is the same as on Italian vineyards, the harvest will be no worse , the investor is sure.
The uniqueness of the project for the Crimea is in its innovativeness. In production, advanced European and Russian viticulture technologies are used. The investor plans to use planting material from the world’s leading nurseries.
The implementation of the investment project is designed to return the former world glory to the wine produced in the Crimea. The project contributes to the development of the agricultural sector in the country, the development of viticulture, the increase in tax revenues and deductions to the budgets of all levels and non-budgetary funds, as well as the creation of new jobs. Thanks to the implementation of the project, it is planned to attract 821 million rubles of investments , — said Daniil Pidayev, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Crimea (CRDC).
