If, during construction work in the country, the environment was damaged, the owner faces a fine. We are talking about air pollution, washing transport, discharge of construction waste into reservoirs. The fine for these violations is from 2 to 5 thousand rubles. The expert explained that for the presence of dust in the air of the summer resident will not be brought to administrative responsibility. The fine threatens to release harmful and dangerous substances into the air — for example, lead or sulfur oxide. The lawyer clarified that the amount of the fine for individual entrepreneurs for this violation is higher — up to 50 thousand rubles.

The penalty for the storage of garbage in the summer cottage is from 2 to 3 thousand rubles. In the case of land pollution by agrochemicals, pesticides, hazardous substances and waste, the summer resident can be fined from 3 to 5 thousand rubles.

Summer residents who hire migrants should be careful. If a foreigner does not have a patent or work permit or he provides services in the wrong region in which the patent is issued, the employer can be fined up to 5 thousand rubles. On the website of the Main Directorate on Migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, you can check the presence of a patent and work permit.
