The Government of Sevastopol hosted a meeting of the regional headquarters for gasification, chaired by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev. The headquarters participants considered the main problematic issues related to the additional gasification of residential buildings and SNT.
The additional gasification program has been carried out in Sevastopol since 2021. Since the beginning of its implementation, 4186 applications have been received. To date, 1,549 contracts have been concluded, gas has been supplied to 441 houses, and technical connectivity has been provided for 354 houses. Additional gasification is carried out where gas distribution networks have already been installed. In 2023, work took place in Kach, Orlovka, Andreevka, Solnechny, Frontovoye, Vishnevoye, Ternovka, Rodnoye and Polyushko. Nevertheless, the topic remains acute for the city.,” the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the governor.
In particular, there are areas in the city where main gas networks have not yet been laid. Mikhail Razvozhaev instructed acting. O. Deputy Governor Evgeniy Gorlova to take personal control of the construction of gas distribution networks within the framework of the state program and synchronize the actions of the State Unitary Enterprise Sevastopolgaz to carry out work as part of additional gasification.
Often the issue of post-gasification comes down to legal subtleties, when people do not have registered land or a house. There are cases when there are two or three owners in one house, and one of the owners is ready to connect gas, but the second has enough electricity. There are many nuances, but any issues can be resolved if specialized services visit people together with representatives of municipalities, explain what to do in a given situation, – notes the head of the city.
During additional gasification, gas is supplied to the boundaries of land plots free of charge. At the same time, in Sevastopol there are a number of preferential categories who receive free gas supply to residential buildings: they install networks on the site and install equipment for free.
This week, the list of beneficiaries was expanded to include SVO participants and members of their families, group I disabled people and people who care for disabled children. The next meeting of the regional headquarters will be devoted to additional gasification of the private sector in the Leninsky district of Sevastopol.
