Issues of providing medical care to SVO participants and implementing the “Heroes of Crimea” training program are being discussed in Crimea

The main task to achieve the national development goals of the Russian Federation until 2036 is to increase the level of satisfaction of SVO participants with the conditions for providing medical care and rehabilitation. For these purposes, the Government of the Russian Federation has approved a program of state guarantees of free medical care to citizens for 2025-2027, which is supplemented by a separate section on the provision of medical care to demobilized participants of the SVO,” the press service quotes Elena Romanovskaya.
The program provides for a proactive procedure for providing them with primary health care, features of their clinical examination with an expansion of the list of specialists who will be involved in it. It is also stipulated that if a SVO participant needs constant dynamic monitoring by medical workers and lives in a remote locality, then such dynamic monitoring can be organized using telemedicine technologies. Participants of the SVO will receive specialized, including high-tech, medical care and medical rehabilitation on a priority basis. They are given priority for sanatorium-resort treatment.
Also during the meeting, the issue of implementing a special personnel training program “Heroes of Crimea” in Crimea was considered, which provides for the formation of the necessary skills among veterans and participants of the Northern Military District in the field of state and municipal administration with a view to their further employment in government bodies, state and municipal institutions.
Summing up the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister instructed the Territorial Compulsory Health Insurance Fund of the Republic of Crimea, together with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Crimea, to prepare appropriate changes to the territorial program of state guarantees of free medical care for citizens for 2025-2027, and the Ministry of Internal Policy, Information and Communications of the Republic of Crimea together with the Crimean Federal University named after. V.I. Vernadsky — to finalize the “road map” for the implementation of the training program.
