IT Park representatives recognized the best graduates of SevSU

CrimeaPRESS reports:

On July 15, a gala event dedicated to honoring SevSU graduates who graduated with honors in 2024 was held at the Sevastopol Academic Russian Drama Theater named after A.V. Lunacharsky. 500 former students received honors diplomas from the Deputy Governors of Sevastopol — Igor Mikheev and Alexander Kulagin, the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol — Vladimir Nemtsev, and other honored guests. Gifts were presented by the event partners, including IT Park, which was represented by Maria Tretyakova, CEO of the startup studio «IT Garage».

IT Park and SevSU have a close and fruitful cooperation: for many years now, joint programs and projects have stimulated scientific, innovative and entrepreneurial activity in Sevastopol. In partnership with the university, the startup studio «IT Garage» was created, SevSU students undergo internships in IT Park resident companies, and the residents, in turn, are involved as experts in additional training of students and have the opportunity to influence educational programs. The gala evening showed that the synergy of high-quality education with a serious scientific and entrepreneurial base, as well as the involvement of students, is a significant contribution to our future! — notes Vladislav Meshcheryakov, General Director of IT Park RUS LLC.

We at IT Park and the startup studio are proud of our friendship with the university, its talented students and graduates, who show by their example that you don’t need to leave Sevastopol to work in great IT companies and implement global IT projects, — said Maria Tretyakova.
