The Saki District Court rendered a verdict in a criminal case against a resident of the city of Yevpatoria. The Crimean citizen was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (driving a vehicle while intoxicated by a person subject to administrative punishment).

The court found that the defendant, having been brought to administrative responsibility for driving while intoxicated, after drinking alcohol again got behind the wheel of a Honda Guro moped.
