According to the survey, 20% of the respondents were going to use the IT mortgage, but they abandoned these plans, as they wanted to buy housing in Moscow or St. Petersburg. About 7% of respondents said they were ready to move to another city to buy housing on preferential conditions. Under 6% per annum. Another 12 participants in the survey said that they work in another industry, but are going to go to an accredited IT company to get a preferential loan.

But employees of the regional branch of the metropolitan IT company can receive a preferential mortgage. Large Moscow IT companies expand the geography of presence and open regional branches.
